This informal meeting aims to share Asian views on the US rebalancing to Asia with visitors from the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).The Obama administration first announced its renewed policy focus on Asia in 2011, but the region has seen new political and security developments since that time. From the ASEAN and South-east Asian perspective, how should US policy evolve to better support regional stability? How can the US successfully respect both its own interests, but also Asian concerns?
