COVID-19 has accelerated the use of digital services in all aspects of our lives. This is especially evident in ASEAN’s young and dynamic population. With rising rural-urban disparities and Sino-American pressures, ASEAN plays a key role in coordinating all stakeholders to chart the region’s digital pathways. On Thursday, 19 August 2021, the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) held the webinar, “Investing in Digital Infrastructure: Narrowing the Digital Divide in ASEAN”.
