The number of COVID-19 cases reported have risen sharply over the past few weeks, not only in Europe and the US but here in Southeast Asia as well. Countries such as Singapore and Malaysia have updated their policies to try and contain the outbreak, while more stimulus packages are expected to be announced over the coming week to address the outbreak’s fallout. Here’s an overview of recent developments and reported numbers on the COVID-19 outbreak in the region.
