ASEAN courts Biden as China speeds ‘vaccine diplomacy’ (Nikkei Asia)

Hopes are high for the Biden administration to engage with ASEAN in the coming months. In an interview with Nikkei Asia, Associate Professor Simon Tay, Chairman, SIIA, said “I expect the US to up the engagement by end 2021”.
