Programme Structure

The programme will run for two years, with the first year featuring 6 to 8 key events. All event/programme costs will be borne by the SIIA. All other personal expenses such as transport, meals, accommodation, for any overseas events will be borne by the participants.

Eligibility

✔  Residing or currently located in Singapore

✔  Proficient in English

✔  Currently in a managerial or leadership role

✔  With 8 to 15 years of work experience

✔  Executives with strong aspirations to take on regional and global leadership
