As COVID-19 outbreaks in ASEAN countries are coming under control, governments are easing movement restrictions. Many, like Singapore, are proceeding with multi-stage or gradual reopening plans, wary of the economic toll that domestic restrictions have taken but concerned about the prospect of a second wave of infections. More reopening announcements are expected over the coming weeks.
