SIIA Director of Security and Global Affairs, Mr Nicholas Fang spoke to CGTN on the world’s first multilateral air guidelines signed by ASEAN defence chiefs on Friday, 19 October 2018. This interview was broadcasted on the same day.

In the interview, he said: “It’s a very important first step in ensuring greater safety and of course, security of the various assets that are moving around in the sky among the ASEAN nations… and hopefully tomorrow, if the ADMM+ nations come on board as well, it makes the agreement much more robust.”
